Privacy Policy

This website is designed to collect as little information about its visitors as possible. It does not use advertising or behavioural tracking services, and it does not sell or share visitor information for marketing.

Public website visits

Limited server-side statistics are recorded to understand how the website is being used and which pages and articles are useful. The stored information consists of:

• the page or article visited;
• the date and time of the visit;
• the referring website's domain, when available; and
• a non-reversible visitor identifier that changes every day.

A shortened form of the visitor's IP address and limited browser information are used momentarily to create the daily identifier. They are not stored in the analytics database. The identifier is not designed to recognise a visitor on another day or across other websites.

Purpose, access, and retention

This information is used only to produce aggregate website statistics and improve the content. Analytics records are visible only to authorised website administrators and are automatically removed after 13 months.

Technical error information

If the website encounters an error, limited technical details may be recorded so that an administrator can diagnose and correct the problem. These records can include the requested path, request method, time, response status, request identifier, and technical error details. They are not used to profile visitors and do not include stored IP addresses.

Cookies

The public website works without cookies, including its visitor statistics. The restricted administration area uses only essential security cookies for authorised administrators. See the cookie information page for a plain-language explanation.
